💎 Private Sale Create

Step 1 - Go to https://wavesignal.finance/private-sale/create. Enter the "Title" of the Private Sale and "Currency" that users shall invest in.

Step 2 - Private Sale Info. This step requires you to enter information for the Private Sale. Here are some notes to follow:

• Numbers must be a positive number

• Sale Type: “Public” - Everyone can take part in your Private Sale and buy the token. “WHITE_LIST” - only those who are whitelisted are eligible to buy

• Swap rate: swap rate is the rate of the fixed leg of a swap as determined by its particular market and the parties involved

• Softcap: Softcap must be greater than or equal to 50% of hard cap

• The starting time must be earlier than ending

• First Fund Release for Project (%): The first amount of funds released for the project. Note that this fund is calculated by percentage and cannot be more than 95%

• Fund Vesting Period Each Cycle (days): Fund vesting period each cycle calculated in days

• Fund Release Each Cycle (percent): the number of unds that will be released in each cycle calculated in.

Step 3 - Team & Project

Let community know more about your project and people behind it. This will surely increase the credibility of your Private sale.

Fill out all of the information. Don't forget social media channels of the project.

Step 4 - Completion: Review everything again, once done, click "Confirm" and you've succeeded created a Private Sale on WaveSignal.

🏅Finalize and receive funds

Step 1 - After the Private Sale ends , click “Finalize” to complete the Private Sale.

Step 2 - Metamask will appear for you to validate the transaction.

Step 3 - Click "Claim Fund" to receive the amount raised in the Private Sale.
